The Student Trade Union Committee of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University is a non-political public organization registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, established on a voluntary basis in 1923 in order to protect the social and economic rights and interests of students studying at the university. The purpose of the Union is to support the comprehensive development of students studying in the institution of higher education, to represent and defend the interests of students, to ensure their active participation in the social-political, cultural and socio-economic life of the republic. At the same time, the organization provides material and moral assistance to students who are members of vulnerable families and needs financial support, and actively works to meet all their needs.
