The Graduate Coordination and Career Section has been operating since 10.01.2018. The Section continues its activity as a department since 07.10.2021. Works carried out by Graduate Coordination and Career Department:

- Establishment of an electronic database on graduates, bachelors, masters, PhD students and candidates for a degree.

- Ensuring constant updating and improvement of electronic database of graduates

- Holding meetings of students with prominent scientific,cultural and public figures who graduated from the university in previous years

- Holding meetings with representatives of various organizations and companies regarding to the investigation of job opportunities

- Organization of meetings in secondary schools on specialities of expert preparation of ASPU

- To organize “Open Door” day for pupils of secondary schools in ASPU

 - Investigating the results of recruitment examinations of graduates and collecting datas

- Forecasting the need for experts on specialities and the preparation of proposals about admission

- Organizing and holding of job fairs

- Preparation of auxiliary means for graduates in employment, finding a job according to their knowledge and skills in labor market

- To ensure the implementation of support measures for students, masters, and PhD students in their career development

- To represent the University and ensure the training of teachers during the selection of specialities in courses

- Collecting of datas on vacancies according to various specialities at the University and giving preference to the graduates when a vacancy appears

- To organize training and courses to eliminate problems on the way to recruitment

- Ensuring conditions as the only Pedagogical University before searching for qualified personnel in our country

- To prepare proposals for improving the recruitment of graduates in the Strategic Action Plan of ASPU and submit them to the university administration
