The Information and Communication Technologies Center operates in the direction of preparation and constant updating of the official website of ASPU, construction and maintenance of internet and local networks in ASPU, organization of work on electronic education platforms and digitalization of education. Currently, the director of the ICT center is Farhad Soltan oglu Miraliyev. The mentioned center includes ICT application department, User support department, System and network administration department and Electronic education department:

 For 15 years, the ICT application department has been conducting various types of exams implementing electronic test system for all schools (VTS Test system, etc.) at ASPU. The "ICT application" department also supervises the organization of university-wide test preparation.

The formation of the user support department arose from the need to create and serve information systems at ASPU. The activities of the user support department include providing IT support to users (Help Desk), setting up and maintaining the information systems of ASPU, and regularly monitoring the existing system. Also, the User Support department helps ASPU administrative and academic staff to acquire IT knowledge and skills. For this purpose, certain propaganda is carried out. The user support section provides instructions on how to use equipment and devices.

The system and network administration department carries out network infrastructure improvement, network security, installation of new servers and restoration of existing servers. The unit also checks that all equipment, server resources, systems and processes are operating according to instructions. It solves problems related to software and hardware based on instructions. The system applies new and whenever possible automated approaches to management issues. It also creates corporate e-mail accounts for users, provides technical support to ASPU’s internal network and camera system,.develops and constantly updates the official web page of the university.

The e-education section supports the application of e-learning resources in the educational process, informs university employees about new teaching methods implemented using the Internet (blogs, social networks, websites, etc.), engages teachers in the active use of the Internet for educational purposes, uses the Internet for educational purposes. seeks new forms of use, expands the use of electronic resources in educational institutions, and encourages teachers to create, use and develop electronic resources.
