The Department of International Projects and Grants was established in 2021 under the Vice Rector for International Relations of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. The department of international projects and grants ensures the development and implementation of various projects in accordance with the direction of the university's activity, researching the possibilities of applying international experience, cooperating with local and foreign enterprises, international organizations, and science funds.

The department also carries out functions such as studying advanced local and international experience in the field of projects and grants, organizing the informative sessions for university professors, teachers, students, and administrative staff in grant competitions and international projects, increasing their potential, and ensuring their participation.

Currently, the department is headed by Mehpara Ahmadova. In addition, senior specialist Gulnar Demirova and specialist Müjgan Aliyeva work in the department.
